Forbes named Mercy to its list of America’s Top Employers for New Grads 2021, ranking Mercy in the top 150 and more companies such as IKEA, Facebook, and Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Forbes and Statista Inc., an international provider of market data, surveyed more than 20,000 young American professionals who work for companies with 1,000 or more employees. The independent survey focused on work-related issues and experiences in the workplace.
Participants were asked to rate the likelihood that they would recommend their employer to family and friends. Professionals also rated their employers based on the following elements: atmosphere and development, diversity, image, salary and wages, working conditions and place of work. In addition, participants were asked to rate other employers in their respective industries that stand out positively or negatively.
