Join Chef David Correa as he explores the culinary traditions of the world. Discover exotic ports and places you’ve always wanted to visit, and celebrate regional cuisine, including Prince Edward County’s bounty of local foods. The destination changes every week. The class is a hands-on experience with a limited number of participants to enhance the experience. Click here to visit the cooking page to learn more!
