Prior to joining Stradling, Mr. Lundberg spent seven years in the finance department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Los Angeles. Before moving on to Los Angeles in 2008, Mr. Lundberg worked in the financial practice group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP at new York.

His expertise includes, among others, first and second lien financings, asset-based financings, dividend recapitalizations and acquisition financings.
